About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an HVAC Projects & Installation Projects & Operations Manager on behalf of one of its clients. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations extending to Jeddah. The role involves leading and overseeing HVAC projects and daily operations to ensure successful project delivery, operational excellence, and profitability.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and oversee both project execution and daily operational activities. This includes ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining operational excellence, upholding quality compliance, and driving profitability. The manager will also be responsible for effectively managing engineering and technical teams across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through to final handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and execution plans.
• Lead engineering and technical teams across multiple projects.
• Review technical drawings, project documentation, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee branch operations, warehouse activities, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Establish operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC projects and contracting.
• Proven experience managing engineering and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of project contracts, risk management, and project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to projects and operations in Jeddah.
