Role Overview

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a full-time ILS System & Infra Project Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves applying expertise in Integrated Support and Logistics Analysis (ISR/LSA) to coordinate and deliver ISR activities for the Riyadh Line 2 Extension Project. The Project Manager will work with internal teams, customers, and consortium partners to ensure project objectives and contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISR activities across Alstom’s System and Infrastructure scope for the Riyadh Line 2 Extension Project.
• Ensure all contributors and stakeholders fulfill ISR contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ISR System and Infra scope activities.
• Plan and coordinate Operations and Maintenance Training with project partners and the Employer.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ISR and LSA methodologies.
• Analyze requirements and identify risks associated with the ISR scope.
• Coordinate the production and review of ISR and training deliverables.
• Ensure quality, cost, and time delivery targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate ISR requirements into material design.
• Draft and maintain management plans, processes, and procedures for ISR & Training activities.
• Monitor progress and propose recovery plans as needed.

Project Focus

The role specifically focuses on the Riyadh Line 2 Extension Project. The Project Manager will ensure the successful coordination and delivery of ISR activities, including the development and implementation of ISR and LSA methodology, Transfer of Technology (ToT), and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) training processes. All deliverables must be coherent, timely, and aligned with project objectives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within collaborative teams across various business functions, including engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management. Engagement with customers and consortium partners is a regular part of the role to build and maintain trusted relationships.
