  • Drive automation of manual processes, such as invoicing, collection, property management, and shared services like HR, Finance, procurement, and administration, using custom scripts, workflows, and RPA tools.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Operations

  • Manage a team of application analysts, developers, and administrators, conducting performance reviews and mentorship.
  • Serve as the final point of escalation for critical application outages or data integrity issues, driving root cause analysis.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as application uptime, user satisfaction, and ticket resolution time, and lead quarterly reviews to improve system performance.
  • Champion user adoption by coordinating training sessions and creating documentation for new system features.
  • Manage vendor relationships, Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), and procurement of hardware and cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, data dictionaries, and user manuals, for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence C-suite decisions and mediate conflicting priorities between departments and vendors.
