Role Overview: Finance Application - Service Delivery Manager

This full-time role is for a Finance Application - Service Delivery Manager based in Riyadh. The position involves overseeing the end-to-end service delivery and customer relationship management for Oracle Fusion AMS engagements, ensuring operational excellence and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, SLA/KPI compliance, and customer relationship management for Oracle Fusion AMS engagements.
• Act as the primary customer interface and highest escalation point, ensuring service continuity and operational excellence.
• Drive resource planning, risk management, service reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams to deliver agreed service outcomes and contractual commitments.
