Information Technology Manager

About the Role

Trivers is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee and manage all IT functions within the Real Estate sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves developing IT strategies, managing infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and leading IT operations to support business objectives efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Define IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and outsourced partners.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost efficiency across all technology operations.

Technical Support and System Management

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality technical support to all employees.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of user requests and technical issues.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and security requirements.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across company systems, including Active Directory, Email, Odoo ERP, and Microsoft 365.

Cybersecurity and IT Policy Enforcement

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and data protection policies.
• Manage antivirus, firewall, and backup systems to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees.

Vendor Management and Technology Development

• Manage and evaluate relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and cost efficiency.
• Propose and evaluate new technological solutions to improve operations and productivity.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in information technology management.
