About the Role

Conmarble is seeking a Junior Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on architectural materials and project requirements within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding architectural drawings, material specifications, and project requirements.
• Managing multiple clients and projects while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or an Engineering field.
• Previous experience in retail sales, architectural materials, construction, interiors, or building materials is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of estimation, costing, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation/ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a professional team environment at Conmarble. The role requires an individual capable of managing diverse projects and client interactions effectively.
