Junior Architect

About the Role

White Art is seeking a Junior Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join its Technical Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a salary range of SAR 8,000–9,000. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and updating of architectural shop drawings and details.
• Revise drawings based on engineering instructions, consultant feedback, and site-specific requirements.
• Support coordination efforts between various disciplines and contribute to as-built drawing updates.
• Organize drawing records and technical submissions, including following up on comments and revisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 0–1 year of experience will also be considered.
• Possession of a valid professional classification certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting, editing, and preparing drawing layouts.
• Basic understanding of architectural shop drawings and construction details, including the ability to read plans, sections, and elevations.
• Fundamental knowledge of coordination principles between architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
