About the Role

Maharah Human Resources is seeking an Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves assisting in the development of architectural and interior design concepts, translating project requirements into functional and visually appealing spaces. The successful candidate will contribute to preparing architectural drawings and reviewing design plans.

Role Overview

The Architect will support the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring that proposed designs meet project objectives, client requirements, applicable building codes, and relevant technical standards. This position requires collaboration with various engineering teams and attention to detail in design documentation and material selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals for various projects.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
• Support interior and exterior design activities, balancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Review architectural plans to ensure alignment with project requirements and design specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to ensure design compatibility.
• Assist in selecting suitable materials, finishes, and design solutions.
• Ensure that architectural drawings comply with applicable building regulations and project standards.
• Participate in design reviews and occasional site visits when required.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project documentation.
