Role Overview

Hatch is seeking a Junior Consultant Digital to join its Digital team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and reports to the Regional Director – AIM. The Junior Digital Consultant will contribute to shaping and executing the company's Digital delivery capability within the broader digital business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the AIM Digital Delivery team, fostering a high-performance mindset through thought leadership, business process/value chain understanding, and a proactive approach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Hatch and its client base.
• Understand business requirements, identify pain points, propose suitable solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals and ROI.
• Ensure the successful deployment of solutions and services to both internal and external clients.
• Participate in Digital projects, partnering with internal and external clients for use case exploration and proofpoint development to enhance Digital offerings.
• Provide guidance and suggestions in areas such as project scoping, requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Contribute to functional design and specifications, solution development and configuration, system and business process integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support solution deployment, technical support, and training.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in developing and deploying digital solutions and services.
• Background in formulating and solving real-world industrial problems.

Work Environment and Benefits
