Junior Management Consultant (Saudi National)

About the Role

Pearls Consulting is seeking a Junior Management Consultant to join its consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting client projects across Saudi Arabia, focusing on improving organizational performance, optimizing operations, and achieving strategic objectives. The consultant will work closely with experienced team members and client teams to analyze business challenges and develop practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Management Consultant, you will contribute to projects in various areas, including:

• Strategy development and business planning.
• Operations optimization.
• Business process improvement across functions such as supply chain, procurement, finance, warehousing, facility management, HR, and IT.
• Project management and PMO support.
• Change management and organizational transformation.
• Data gathering, analysis, and presentation of insights.
• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Supporting workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience. This role is open to Saudi Nationals.

Work Environment and Location

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Depending on project needs, work may be conducted from Pearls Consulting’s office in Riyadh or directly from client locations. This role offers exposure to strategic and operational consulting projects across various industries within a collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.
