The Role: Junior Operations Associate

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Junior Operations Associate for Revie. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and reports directly to the Project Manager. The role involves supporting the planning, administration, and daily coordination of interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project to-do lists, action trackers, and schedules, assigning clear ownership and deadlines for each task.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal operations, design, and sales teams regarding deliverables, approvals, material availability, and delivery dates.
• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, meeting arrangements, and daily coordination activities.
• Prepare meeting minutes, record action points, and track their completion.
• Organize project files, correspondence, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare regular progress updates, highlighting completed tasks, pending actions, delays, and issues requiring the Project Manager's attention.
• Communicate project priorities and updates clearly to all involved teams.
• Escalate urgent matters promptly and support the necessary coordination for their resolution.
• Be available for urgent coordination and support outside regular working hours when required, according to an agreed standby schedule.

Associates will work on actual client projects from day one, contributing to finished spaces. The role includes close collaboration with the design and operations team, providing exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept and material sourcing to site coordination. Senior designers will review work at every stage, fostering continuous learning and development within a fast-paced environment that emphasizes quality from concept to delivery.
