Key Account Sales Manager (CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY)

About the Role

Combuzz HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Construction Machinery to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving business development and managing key accounts within the Saudi construction and infrastructure market. The position offers a salary range of SAR 15,000 - 18,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with major contractors and infrastructure companies.
• Identify new projects, equipment requirements, and business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and key account portfolio.
• Conduct customer visits and engage with key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment sales.
• Strong experience working with contractors, infrastructure companies, and project customers.
• Experience with brands such as XCMG, SANY, Zoomlion, or similar is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel for customer engagements within the region.
