About the Role

LiuGong Machinery is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing major customers within the quarry, cement, and mining sectors. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of heavy equipment sales experience and a proven track record in key account development and high-value equipment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the quarry, cement, mining, and related industries across Jeddah and Saudi Arabia’s Western Region.
• Proactively identify and develop new customers in the Western Region, expanding resources within key industries and major accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and project sites to understand their operations, equipment needs, and purchasing plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, general managers, procurement managers, and equipment managers.
• Identify sales opportunities arising from major projects, equipment replacement cycles, fleet expansion initiatives, and new purchases.
• Provide suitable construction machinery products and solutions tailored to customer operating conditions and business requirements.
• Manage the entire sales process, from customer development and needs identification through quotation, commercial negotiation, and order closing.
• Further develop the potential of existing key accounts to strengthen customer loyalty and increase market share.
• Collect and provide timely feedback to the company regarding market information, competitor activities, and customer investment plans in the Western Region.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and regularly submit sales forecasts and market analysis reports.
• Achieve sales and customer development targets set by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated strong sales performance, with the ability to provide sales cases involving key accounts and key projects.
• Familiarity with the Jeddah and Western Saudi market; local industry customer resources are preferred.
• Strong capabilities in new customer development, key account management, and commercial negotiation.
• Familiarity with construction machinery products and industrial customer procurement processes.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is required, with the ability to make frequent customer visits and travel across the Western Region.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with significant travel required within Jeddah and the broader Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment sales.
