Lead Project Quality Auditor

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Quality Auditor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of project processes and deliverables, maintaining compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect the organization’s quality processes to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of project processes and products.
• Specify, implement, and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Inspect products and materials for compliance with established quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes.
• Establish and maintain an internal audit plan to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor project staff on quality assurance processes.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on quality issues and performance.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processes.
• Assist Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Operations Manager with quality control.
• Maintain and record employee qualifications, certifications, licenses, training, and work history.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Perform random, scheduled, and surprise quality audits of jobsites, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with external quality assurance bodies.
• Inform themselves of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International and ensure continued compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project quality assurance and auditing. A strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and internal audit processes is essential.
