We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support our client in Riyadh, KSA. This role involves executing a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature, collaborating effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative functions and case preparation.
  • Manage and organize client conferences and meetings, coordinating with various parties involved.
  • Produce and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain the attorney's calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Ensure the operation and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Arabic.
  • Strong legal experience is essential.
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
