Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management on corporate and operational matters.
• Handle labor disputes and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and follow up on litigation and legal cases.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi commercial, corporate, and investment regulations.
• Manage legal documentation, government filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.

Core Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
