LMS Senior Tester

About the Role

TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing is seeking an experienced LMS Senior Tester to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on validating loan management functionalities, financial transactions, and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes within the Temenos Transact system. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The LMS Senior Tester will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Loan Management System (LMS), with a specific focus on Temenos Transact. This involves comprehensive testing of financial products, GL integration, accounting validation, and adherence to IFRS compliance and financial risk controls. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SIT and UAT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios for the Loan Management System (LMS) using Temenos Transact.
• Validate the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including origination interfaces, disbursements, repayments, settlements, and closures.
• Test loan financial products, interest calculations, fees, charges, amortization schedules, and repayment processing.
• Validate General Ledger (GL) integration, accounting entries, financial postings, and reconciliation processes.
• Verify accounting treatments and financial calculations for compliance with IFRS and banking standards.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects, coordinating with development, business, and functional teams.
• Validate financial controls, risk controls, transaction accuracy, and exception-handling scenarios.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, test data, execution reports, and defect status reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
• Support regression testing and release validation to maintain system stability and data integrity.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in Temenos Transact and Loan Management System (LMS) testing.
• Strong understanding of loan management processes and the end-to-end loan lifecycle.
• Experience testing banking financial products, loan transactions, disbursements, repayments, and interest calculations.
• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) integration, accounting entries, financial postings, and reconciliation.
• Experience in accounting validation and IFRS compliance testing.
• Practical experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test documentation.
• Understanding of banking risk controls, financial transaction controls, and exception handling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking or financial services projects involving loan management systems.
• Familiarity with banking accounting processes, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or other structured delivery environments.
