About the Role

Inqlha is seeking a Logistics Coordinator Marine to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting Inqlha’s port and container transportation operations. The coordinator will be responsible for managing outsourced trucks, overseeing container movements, monitoring port and terminal activities, and ensuring precise documentation and smooth execution from pickup to delivery and trip closure. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and coordinate outsourced trucks for port, terminal, and container transportation requirements.
  • Verify truck, driver, container, and shipment details prior to dispatch.
  • Coordinate container pickup, gate-in/gate-out, delivery, and empty-container return as applicable.
  • Monitor port and terminal milestones and maintain accurate trip-status updates.
  • Track container numbers, seals, PODs, EIRs, gate records, and other essential operational documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with drivers, fleet owners, customers, terminals, and relevant logistics stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage operational exceptions, including waiting time, detention, delays, and truck rejections.
  • Negotiate trip-level supplier rates within approved guidelines to maintain rate competitiveness.
  • Arrange replacement trucks promptly in cases of breakdowns, cancellations, or operational failures.
  • Ensure completed trips are fully documented, billing-ready, and accurately closed in the Inqlha system.
  • Support supplier-performance monitoring and identify reliable capacity for recurring marine operations.
  • Escalate cargo damage, documentation issues, port delays, or other significant service risks without delay.

Operational Focus and Outcomes

The role requires a focus on achieving specific operational outcomes to ensure efficiency and service quality:

  • Ensure marine transport orders are fulfilled on time with the correct truck and driver.
  • Maintain close monitoring of container pickups, deliveries, and empty returns.
  • Identify and escalate port and terminal delays at an early stage.
  • Ensure all supporting documents, including PODs, EIRs, container numbers, and seals, are complete and accurate.
  • Secure reliable transport partners at competitive rates.
  • Properly document and control exposure to detention and waiting-time charges.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely shipment updates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related coordination role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple operational details.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
