The Role: Logistics Specialist

Soum is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate the daily logistics of vehicles within the company's Cars journey. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves ensuring vehicles are moved efficiently and punctually between various locations, supporting the overall operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation and movement of vehicles across different locations.
• Arrange vehicle pickups and deliveries according to operational requirements.
• Track vehicle movements and ensure timely completion of all transfers.
• Liaise effectively with drivers, inspectors, showroom personnel, and the Operations teams.
• Monitor for any delays or issues in logistics operations and implement quick resolutions.
• Maintain precise records and provide regular updates on all vehicle movements.
• Provide logistics support for all requirements related to the Cars journey.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience in logistics, fleet operations, or a comparable operational role.
• Automotive or fleet experience is considered an advantage.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong coordination and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicle movements and requests concurrently.
• Effective communication and follow-up skills.
• Solid understanding of Riyadh's geography and transportation/logistics operations.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active management of vehicle logistics within the city and surrounding operational areas.
