Overview of the Low Current Engineer Role

El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking a Low Current Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves the comprehensive management of low-current systems in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The engineer is responsible for the design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of these systems, which include security, communications, fire alarm, networking, audio-visual, and building management systems. A key aspect of the role is ensuring that all systems comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Design and Engineering Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-current systems according to project requirements.
• Prepare system layouts, schematics, and shop drawings.
• Review project specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical documents.
• Select suitable equipment and materials based on project needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Installation and Implementation Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation and integration of low-current systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Testing and Commissioning Responsibilities
