About the Role

Alfanar Engineering Services is seeking a Maintenance Foreman Transformer Oil Processing Machines to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and coordinating essential maintenance activities for specialized equipment within transformer oil processing and filling operations.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for supervising and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance for a range of critical equipment. This includes oil filtration and purification units, vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, and various hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The primary goal of this role is to ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimize operational downtime, and uphold safe and efficient production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, including assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Perform and oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain transformer oil filtration, purification, vacuum filling, pump, and compressor systems.
• Coordinate effectively with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor spare parts availability and ensure proper maintenance documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably within transformer oil processing or related fields.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lead and supervise a maintenance team effectively.
