The Role: Management Consultant (Saudi Nationals Only)

Efficio is seeking a Management Consultant to join its full-time operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience. As a Management Consultant, you will report to a senior team member and be responsible for specific workstreams within client projects, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection and interpretation of client data to support solution development.
• Drive data analysis and identify key insights and issues.
• Oversee multiple small or complex categories.
• Support and guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Efficio methodologies.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategies.
• Set strategic direction, solve complex client problems, and tailor solutions.
• Plan and implement strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Participate in the recruitment process for potential junior consultants.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Management consulting experience within a leading consultancy, ideally in procurement and/or supply chain, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience or interest in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Proven track record of working closely with senior client stakeholders.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions.
• Strong grasp of detail and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to confidently improve existing ways of working, recognize opportunities, and identify innovative solutions that add value to clients.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
