Management Consulting Senior Principal/ Principal Technology Strategy

About the Role

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Principal/Principal Technology Strategy to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves actively contributing to the growth and development of the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice. The successful candidate will focus on shaping goal-oriented Digital Business Transformations for clients and providing strategic advice during the early stages of these transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver value-accretive technology strategy and transformation.
• Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the technology strategy consulting team, including supporting the recruiting process, defining ways of working, and contributing thought leadership.
• Devise technology strategy-related product offerings, proposals, and develop new business.
• Effectively manage teams to produce quality client recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients based on credibility and active listening.
• Provide thought leadership to shape and scope top-down solutions for building digital business transformation roadmaps.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in industries such as Public Services, Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or other relevant methodologies.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or industry recognition.

Team and Collaboration

The role involves working in multidisciplinary teams comprising business strategists, experience strategists, and data strategists. These teams collaborate to formulate recommendations that address customer needs and frame downstream work.
