The Role of Manager, Asset Management

Land Sterling is seeking a Manager, Asset Management to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and optimizing asset performance through systematic processes and data analysis. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of asset data and documentation, supporting various operational and strategic initiatives related to asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registers and asset databases.
• Review asset condition, criticality, and maintenance requirements to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify asset data gaps, potential risks, and documentation issues, proposing solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering and hard services teams to align asset management strategies.
• Review preventive maintenance plans and assess asset lifecycle risks.
• Support the implementation and utilization of CAFM/CMMS systems and manage asset handover processes.
• Prepare detailed asset readiness reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure all asset documentation and data consistently meet established quality standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in asset management or a related field. This experience should include practical involvement in maintaining asset registers, reviewing asset conditions, and coordinating with technical teams.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage asset-related operations and collaborate with internal teams.
