About the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing RSG’s financial planning and performance management processes across all entities and destinations. The role encompasses budgeting, forecasting, management reporting for Operations & Developments, cash flow forecasting, and decision support, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process across all RSG entities and destinations, including consolidating submissions, validating assumptions, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and PIF planning requirements.
  • Lead periodic forecasting cycles, producing rolling forecasts and variance analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and required corrective actions for senior finance leadership review.
  • Maintain and operate the enterprise financial performance management framework, including KPI definitions, management reporting packs, dashboards, and standard review forums, ensuring consistent visibility of financial results against plan.
  • Prepare consolidated management P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow views, reconciling to accounting actuals and providing clear narrative on key drivers of financial performance.
  • Build, own, and continuously improve the central cash flow model, consolidating spend and forecasts across development, operating hotels and assets, and subsidiaries.
  • Produce consolidated cash and forecast views that underpin funding requests and capital injection cases to shareholder and government stakeholders.
  • Partner with Feasibility & Investments to keep the group business model ("the consolidator") and its reporting current.
  • Run scenario and sensitivity analysis on cash position and funding requirements to support senior decision-making.
  • Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis on macroeconomic, operational, and financing assumptions to support strategic decision-making, risk management, and capital deployment options for the CFO and senior leadership.
  • Analyze destination, asset, and segment performance to identify structural trends, underperforming areas, and opportunities for margin improvement or portfolio optimization, translating findings into actionable management insights.
  • Own and manage planning and consolidation tools, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and scalability across the FP&A function.
  • Define and govern common planning assumptions, including FX, inflation, and discount rates, and standardize planning methodologies across RSG subsidiaries and functions to ensure consistency and comparability.
  • Produce regular executive and board-level financial performance reports, distilling complex financial data into clear, decision-ready narratives aligned with RSG’s strategic priorities and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Investment, and Organizational Development functions to integrate actuals, liquidity forecasts, approved deals, and workforce planning assumptions into financial plans and forecasts.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a complex organizational structure. The role requires a proven ability to manage financial processes, conduct detailed analysis, and provide strategic financial insights.

Strategic Financial Support

This position plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership and stakeholders by providing comprehensive financial analysis and strategic recommendations. The Manager will contribute to risk management, capital deployment, and overall financial strategy through detailed scenario modeling and performance analysis.

Collaboration and Integration

The role demands close collaboration with various internal departments, including Accounting, Treasury, Investment, and Organizational Development. This ensures the integration of actuals, liquidity forecasts, approved deals, and workforce planning assumptions into robust financial plans and forecasts.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated presence to manage and coordinate financial processes effectively across Red Sea Global’s operations.
