Role Overview: Manager Fleet Sales

Al Ghurair Investment is seeking a Manager Fleet Sales to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading fleet sales initiatives and managing subdealer networks for MHERO and VOYAH brands within the assigned region. The Manager Fleet Sales will be responsible for identifying and securing fleet business, developing market strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure fleet business with government entities, corporates, rental companies, and large private buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key fleet decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Develop tailored fleet proposals, pricing structures, and volume agreements in line with company targets.
  • Track tenders and bids relevant to government/corporate fleet opportunities in the region.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage subdealers across the assigned territory to expand MHERO and VOYAH's regional footprint.
  • Set and monitor subdealer sales targets, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs.
  • Conduct regular subdealer visits to audit showroom standards, stock levels, and brand compliance.
  • Provide subdealers with product training, sales tools, and marketing support.
  • Manage subdealer agreements, incentive programs, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national strategy.
  • Coordinate with marketing for regional campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and subdealer performance reports for management.
  • Liaise with after-sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards across the region.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
