Role Overview

The Manager - OT Infra-Structure, Hosting & Connectivity leads Ma'aden’s systems and controls function. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent standards, safe operation, and effective performance of industrial control systems across all company sites. The Manager acts as the primary authority for control systems, establishing reliable, standardized, and well-governed Operational Technology (OT) environments throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities

• OT Systems and Controls Management: Own the enterprise roadmap for OT systems and controls, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and control system integrations. Guide system selection, configuration standards, and upgrade strategies for control platforms, and support site teams in deploying and maintaining compliant control systems.
• Operational Safety and Reliability: Promote safe-by-design control system architectures and operating practices. Support performance monitoring, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of control systems. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for control system reliability issues. Design and deploy ‘closed loop by default’ systems to advance Autonomous operations beyond conventional APCs.
• Integration and Interoperability: Define control system integration standards with OT infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems. Partner with OT Infrastructure, Storage, Networking & Connectivity teams to ensure controls are deployable and operable across the organization.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Operational Technology infrastructure, hosting, and connectivity.
