About the Role

Team Saudi is seeking a Manager Project Delivery & Enablement to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for monitoring and supporting the successful delivery of initiatives across the Shared Services & Solutions Center (SS&SC). The Manager will track project status, risks, and milestones, facilitate the execution of high-priority initiatives, and ensure timely, transparent reporting of progress and outcomes to the CSSO.

Role Purpose

This position is responsible for providing oversight and assurance for the implementation of strategic initiatives within the SS&SC. The Manager will ensure that projects align with governance standards, address critical issues promptly, and provide clear, accurate information to leadership for informed decision-making regarding initiative delivery and impact.

Initiative Tracking and Oversight

• Track and monitor the implementation of SS&SC initiatives through centralized dashboards and performance trackers.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates on initiative progress, potential delays, and key milestones.
• Support the selection, oversight, and delivery of High Priority Projects (HPPs) and strategic initiatives under the CSSO’s mandate.
• Provide delivery assurance and identify execution gaps that require intervention.

Risk and Issue Escalation Management

• Maintain the Issues & Risks Escalation Log and coordinate with the Head of EBMO to escalate high-priority challenges.
• Follow up on resolution plans and ensure that identified risks are mitigated in alignment with governance standards.

Federation Integration and Executive Reporting

• Track federation integration milestones and coordinate readiness reporting in partnership with business planning and functional leads.
• Support the preparation of performance summaries, executive dashboards, and CSSO update decks related to initiative delivery.
• Ensure accurate representation of initiative status and impact for leadership decision-making.
• Monitor alignment with strategic timelines and transition plans.

Knowledge Capture and Process Optimization

• Maintain a structured lessons learned tracker and identify recurring themes to support future process improvements.
• Integrate delivery feedback into project planning cycles and execution frameworks to foster continuous improvement.
