About the Role

As the Manager Strategy Oversight at Qiddiya, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of projects within the organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a strong strategic mindset to navigate complex environments and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, collaborating with senior leadership to define the company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
• Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to guide project teams in aligning their work with broader company goals.
• Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring strategic initiatives are responsive to market needs and expectations.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably within large-scale projects.
