Nathan & Nathan is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company for a Marketing Admin (Pharma). This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to KSA Nationals. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Marketing Administrator will provide essential operational, administrative, and coordination support to the commercial and marketing teams. This role is crucial for ensuring that marketing activities across the Middle East are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, meetings, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare, review, and process marketing materials and documentation in alignment with internal procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoices, and budget tracking for marketing programs.
• Maintain marketing trackers, project timelines, and activity reports.
• Handle logistics and administration for conferences, advisory boards, training sessions, and other commercial events.
• Collect, organize, and consolidate data for marketing analysis and reporting.
• Maintain filing and archiving of marketing documentation, and support audit readiness and compliance.
• Provide general administrative support to the Virology Commercial Team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a KSA National.
• Ability to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support effectively.
