The Role of Marketing Associate

Mnzil is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its growing team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for specific projects, performance analysis, and contributing new ideas. This position is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage diverse tasks, and work effectively with autonomy. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including events focused on lead generation.
• Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media, email newsletters, and event communications.
• Schedule and monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and track growth metrics.
• Manage newsletters and basic automated email flows, including testing layouts and subject lines.
• Track and report marketing performance, translating data into actionable insights and practical adjustments.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure project progression.
• Support initiatives related to brand positioning, partnerships, and community building.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
