Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting marketing initiatives and managing office operations to ensure the smooth execution of departmental activities and contribute to guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and managing internal projects for timely execution.
• Assist with sales documentation, including preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process.
• Perform daily office operations, providing administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team functions.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed to coordinate departmental initiatives.

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
