DiaServ is establishing a specialized healthcare center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for this new center, focusing on brand awareness, patient acquisition, and sustainable growth. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for a newly established specialized healthcare center. This role involves shaping the center’s brand and marketing approach from its launch phase, with a focus on measurable results in patient engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, launch plans, and brand positioning.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other relevant channels.
• Drive patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and attendance through measurable campaigns.
• Oversee brand identity, content creation, and bilingual marketing communications.
• Manage external marketing agencies, campaign budgets, and performance.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and operations to promote healthcare services effectively.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable Saudi healthcare advertising and patient privacy requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector or a related specialized field. The role requires a hands-on marketing professional with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and patient acquisition.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly with the newly established healthcare center's teams.
