Talents Sea is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Underground Cable (UGC) Projects to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop a career in B2B marketing and business development within the Power Transmission, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors.

Role Context

The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with marketing, technical, and business development teams. Key responsibilities include supporting market research, preparing company presentation materials, managing prequalification documentation, and tracking upcoming project opportunities across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching the Saudi power and infrastructure markets to identify upcoming tenders, project announcements, and market developments.
• Support the creation and updating of company profiles, capability statements, brochures, and technical presentations for underground cable (UGC) projects.
• Help compile and organize prequalification documents, client registration packages, and marketing support materials for tender submissions.
• Maintain and update a database of clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project execution teams to gather accurate project data, statistics, and case studies.
• Assist in maintaining the company’s digital channels, website content, LinkedIn updates, and participation materials for industry exhibitions and events.

Learning and Technical Focus

This role provides exposure and guidance in understanding and presenting the company’s technical scope, which includes:

• High Voltage & Extra High Voltage (HV/EHV) Underground Cable Systems.
• Cable laying, jointing, termination, and testing operations.
• Civil and electromechanical infrastructure associated with UGC projects.
• Working with major clients and entities such as the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).

Experience Required
