About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining and processing employee master data across HR systems. The role ensures data accuracy, timely employee updates, supports reporting requirements, and guarantees compliance with company policies and data standards.

HR Master Data Management

• Maintain and update employee master data within HR systems, applying company policies and established standards.
• Perform regular data checks and validation activities to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee data across platforms.
• Process employee data changes related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring HR systems reflect approved status changes promptly.
• Support data consistency across different HR platforms.

System Support and Reporting

• Participate in HR system updates and implementation activities, including preparing and validating data for migration.
• Generate and deliver required HR reports.
• Respond to data-related inquiries within defined service levels.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

Quality, Compliance, and Coordination

• Maintain documentation related to data standards, processes, and procedures.
• Follow data privacy requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on employee data matters, supporting the alignment of data requirements across concerned functions.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes.
• Comply with all related company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined area of work.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of HR data management principles and systems. Key requirements include:

• 5-10 years of experience in a master data specialist role, preferably within an HR context.
• Ability to obtain and apply updated soft and technical skills relevant to the job.
• Proven ability to solve problems and escalate complex operational issues effectively.
• Experience in coordinating well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, with an eye for automation opportunities.
