The Opportunity: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to contribute to comprehensive property inspection services. The role involves critical assessment of mechanical systems to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems within properties.
• Identify defects and manage all snagging and de-snagging activities.
• Review engineering drawings, Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities, and relevant technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and various project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Work Type and Location
