Media Sales Lead (In Store Screen Advertising (Ads Screens))

About the Role

ABYAT is seeking a Media Sales Lead for In-Store Screen Advertising (Ads Screens) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for driving revenue growth for the Ads Screens network by identifying and acquiring new advertisers and media agencies across Kuwait and KSA. The position involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development through negotiation, campaign scheduling, execution, renewals, and payment follow-up, with the ultimate goal of achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build a target list of advertisers and media-buying agencies across priority categories such as automotive, banking & finance, telecom, real estate, and premium consumer brands.
• Generate leads and secure meetings with direct clients and media companies in both Kuwait and KSA.
• Pitch the Ads Screens network, effectively communicating audience, reach, formats, and value using the provided media kit.
• Prepare proposals, rate cards, and packages; negotiate terms and close advertising contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Structure category-exclusive placements where they add value and lock out competitors within a segment.
• Manage the booking calendar across all screens and locations, allocating slots, avoiding conflicts, and maximizing sold inventory.
• Plan ahead for peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, national holidays, back-to-school, year-end) to capture demand flows.
• Coordinate creative delivery, scheduling, and go-live with internal teams.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for advertisers across Kuwait and KSA.
• Consistently follow up on leads, live campaigns, renewals, and payments to maintain pipeline momentum.
• Provide clients with play-count and location reports.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and revenue tracker; report progress, forecasts, and risks to the Specialty Leasing Manager.
• Travel regularly to KSA to build relationships, meet clients, and support activation on the ground.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or commercial/business development, covering areas such as billboards, roadside hoardings, transit ads (buses, metro, airports), mall and elevator screens, or digital signage.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing clients and closing advertising or sponsorship deals against a target.
• Working knowledge of the Kuwait and/or KSA advertising landscape and willingness to travel frequently to KSA.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel across the GCC.

Preferred Qualifications

• An existing network of advertiser and media-agency contacts in Kuwait and KSA.
• Familiarity with digital signage, retail media, or in-store screen advertising.
• Experience selling into home, lifestyle, finance, telecom, or automotive categories.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring regular travel to KSA to support client relationships and activations.
