About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Medical Specialist Physiotherapy for its Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering general and specialized physiotherapy services to patients within their homes. The primary purpose is to assess, plan, treat, and manage patients' physical health needs to optimize mobility, function, and recovery.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The successful candidate will contribute to patients' overall well-being and functional independence by providing personalized care and rehabilitation support. This includes enabling recovery from physical injuries, illnesses, post-surgical conditions, or disabilities. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive physiotherapy in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose physical limitations, impairments, and functional abilities of patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Provide ongoing rehabilitation support, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding progress and treatment plan modifications.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies regarding documentation.
• Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and technology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates within a home health care setting, requiring travel to patient residences. It involves working as part of a dedicated team focused on patient rehabilitation and well-being.
