Mgr Sales I

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a full-time Sales Manager I to proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and ensure proper service delivery. The Sales Manager I will contribute to the overall sales strategy and manage day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities, ensuring timely and proper turnover for service delivery.
• Assist in leading and managing daily sales activities with a focus on building and strengthening customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to hotel revenue objectives.
• Coordinate sales efforts with external sales channels to ensure alignment and avoid duplication.
• Engage in sales calls, customer entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows to secure future bookings.
• Develop community relationships to expand the customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute and support operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities to meet personal and hotel revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and economic factors to position the hotel effectively.
• Close optimal opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and needs.
• Understand and target the hotel's primary customer segments and service expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service to drive loyalty and grow account share.
• Interact with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and meet one of the following educational criteria:

• A two-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, combined with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
• A four-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, combined with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.

Customer Service Focus

This role requires a strong commitment to the company’s service and relationship strategy. The Sales Manager I will be responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence and consistently upholding customer service standards throughout every interaction. Providing accurate, complete, and effective turnover to Event Management is also a key aspect of this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within The Luxury Collection. The role involves working collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve sales objectives and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
