Mindshare: Media Executive

WPP Media is seeking a Media Executive to join its Mindshare brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting the development and execution of media plans and campaigns within a dynamic agency environment.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Media Executive supports the efficient implementation of media strategies to meet campaign objectives and client needs. This role is integral to the success of client campaigns and contributes directly to the growth of the agency by ensuring media plans are executed effectively and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including the scheduling and placement of advertisements across various channels.
  • Coordinate with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements.
  • Monitor and manage media campaigns to ensure adherence to established schedules and budgets.
  • Support the negotiation of media rates and placements with vendors, aiming for favorable terms for the agency or client.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and assist in sourcing new opportunities and securing media buys.
  • Collect and analyze media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports on media activities, including budget tracking, performance metrics, and campaign results.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.
  • Act as a primary point of reference for clients and internal teams regarding media planning and execution.
  • Manage media schedules, trafficking of advertisements, and ensure all media materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Candidate Profile and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally within media, advertising, or a related field. The successful candidate will possess a foundational understanding of media operations and a proactive approach to supporting campaign execution and optimization.
