The Role of a Mixologist

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Mixologist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including tea and coffee, within the company's airport lounges. The Mixologist is responsible for ensuring all offerings meet Plaza Premium Group's quality standards, fostering positive guest relationships, and promoting beverage selections while adhering to strict hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverage orders accurately and efficiently according to established standards.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure all beverage stations are consistently stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels for beverages and related supplies, reporting stock requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure all beverages are served promptly while upholding quality and presentation standards.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously, anticipating guest needs whenever possible.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in line with company policies and Saudi requirements.
• Provide support to the bar and service team during peak operational periods as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) or beverage preparation, preferably within hospitality or catering environments.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with accountability and a keen attention to detail.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to work shift duties as required by operational needs.

Work Environment

This position is based at the airport in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operating within the dynamic environment of Plaza Premium Group's airport lounges.
