About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Manage nightly audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation by ensuring complete and accurate posting of daily financial activity across all departments.
• Verify the accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve any complex discrepancies.
• Analyze reporting anomalies, identify root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by handling guest issues and assisting in emergency situations as required.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, particularly in night management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector. This experience should include managing financial audits and leading a team.
