About the Role

GSK is seeking an Oncology Account Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the upcoming Haematology portfolio within an assigned territory, engaging with relevant stakeholders, and delivering patient-focused detailing to healthcare professionals (HCPs). The Account Manager will ensure timely availability of GSK’s Oncology products for cancer patients and lead efforts for brand formulary enlisting and expedited access in key accounts. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully launch GSK's new Hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
  • Establish strong relationships with Hematology Key External Experts, healthcare institutions, and Oncology societies.
  • Achieve yearly sales targets and LEAD KPIs for the assigned territory, contributing to overall country brand and therapy area objectives.
  • Implement commercial strategies within the defined territory and provide appropriate solutions as a trusted advisor to HCPs.
  • Monitor product performance weekly and monthly, recommending actions through a robust territory business plan aligned with commercial sales strategy.
  • Support marketing tasks and drive the implementation of the annual operational plan, including new campaign development and rollout based on market needs, securing necessary medical and regulatory approvals.
  • Develop market intelligence and initiate the forecasting process in alignment with commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect actual market demand.
  • Drive end-to-end patient solutions and tracking to support the product supply process, coordinating with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage shelf life.
  • Collaborate with the tender team to provide timely feedback on proposed prices, follow up on RFQs, and manage the overall tender process in coordination with the First Line Sales Leader.
  • Coordinate with the market access team to develop and implement access plans for the defined territory and establish a clear access roadmap with key accounts.
  • Conduct frequent and effective external meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness and education.
  • Prioritize efforts and resources through robust market segmentation and targeting of the assigned territory to optimize activities.
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with scientific societies and Key External Experts (KEEs) to leverage advocacy and support patient care across the region.
  • Master the implementation of patient-focused detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge, utilizing full collateral.
  • Ensure all expenses are maintained within budgets and resources are optimized.

Compliance and Ethical Conduct

  • Build and maintain compliance knowledge, implementing governance processes to ensure activities adhere to GSK's prevailing codes, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Ensure strong business partnerships with stakeholders to manage issues and determine approved courses of action.
  • Develop collaborative relationships based on trust, openness, honesty, and transparency, demonstrating authenticity, values, and integrity.

Work Environment

This role operates within the Oncology cross-functional team, implementing commercial strategies to deliver performance through an end-to-end solutions-driven approach to account management. The position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
