eXtra is seeking an Operation Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and implementing loss prevention strategies within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to all company-directed programs and operational guidelines.
• Advise the Regional Manager on potential security risks and significant shrink issues identified within the store.
• Maintain a safe environment for both employees and customers by proactively addressing safety concerns.
• Detect and promptly communicate common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks to the loss prevention team.
• Comply with all established Safety & Security procedures and protocols.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis, contributing to the overall operational excellence of eXtra.
