Job Vacancy Announcement – Executive Director
A charity association announces its desire to attract national talent to fill the position of Executive Director for the association, in order to lead the association's work, develop its programs and initiatives, and achieve its goals according to best administrative and organizational practices.

* Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Supervise the administrative and operational work of the association.
- Implement approved strategic and operational plans.
- Develop programs, initiatives, and services provided to beneficiaries.
- Manage the work team and enhance institutional performance.
- Develop financial resources and strengthen partnerships with supporting entities.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, bylaws, and policies.

* Required Qualifications and Experience:
A suitable university degree, preferably in Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
Appropriate administrative and leadership experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
High skills in leadership, planning, communication, and partnership building.
Ability to manage teams, make decisions, and solve problems.
Familiarity with regulations, governance, and the requirements of working in the non-profit sector.
Proficiency in using administrative technologies and software.
