Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes within the Dermatology & Aesthetics clinics. This role involves ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of patient experience, and coordinating efforts across various departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
• Implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
• Work to enhance the patient experience across all clinic touchpoints.
• Coordinate closely with medical, nursing, sales, customer service, and administrative teams to ensure integrated operations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in an operations management role, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics sector. The ability to manage complex daily operations and drive efficiency improvements is essential for this position.
