About the Role: Operations Manager

TalentHub is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing café operations, leading teams, enhancing performance, managing costs, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage branch performance and lead operational teams to achieve set targets.
• Develop and improve operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, waste, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Lead, develop, and motivate teams to maximize productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in café or restaurant operations.
• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the operational management of café environments.
