Kafaat Business Solutions (شركة كفاءات حلول الأعمال) is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Operations Specialist supports the implementation, operation, and delivery of KBS's digital solutions, including the HR system and related platforms. This role serves both internal use and external clients, focusing on executing setup, data migration, onboarding, and validation activities in adherence to approved policies, procedures, and governance standards. The specialist contributes to reliable service delivery and client adoption of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure digital solutions, including the HR system, for both in-house and client environments, aligning with approved project plans.
• Execute operational and implementation activities according to established policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Support system setup, data migration, user onboarding, and validation to ensure accurate and complete go-lives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives during rollout and handover phases to facilitate smooth transitions to live operation.
• Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, checklists, and compliance records for each deployment.
• Monitor implementation progress against plans and escalate any identified issues or risks to the Digital Operations Manager.
• Provide first-line operational support to users post-go-live and log issues for resolution by the product team.
• Prepare user guides and deliver basic user training during the onboarding process.
• Track key operational indicators, such as onboarding progress and open support tickets, and report them to the Digital Operations Manager.
• Optimize personal time and effort in carrying out assigned duties to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on supporting digital solution operations for Kafaat Business Solutions and its clients.
