Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer

About the Role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking an Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer for one of its partners, an IT Services and IT Consulting company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI agents on Oracle AI Agent Studio for a large industrial enterprise.

Role Context and Collaboration

The Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer will work closely with Oracle Fusion functional teams, who provide business and module context. The engineer's primary responsibility will be to apply agentic AI engineering to transform this context into functional agents integrated with enterprise systems. This position offers an opportunity to work on one of the early enterprise deployments of Oracle AI Agent Studio, building agentic AI on core business processes within a large industrial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Translate business and module context from Oracle Fusion functional teams into agent designs and workflows.
• Develop agents utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool and function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems via REST APIs and JSON.
• Operate within Oracle Fusion’s data model, security and roles, and extensibility framework.
• Utilize OCI Generative AI services to support agent capabilities.
• Apply AI governance, evaluation, and responsible AI practices throughout development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in building production-ready agents and collaborating with functional experts to understand the business context behind systems. A curiosity for the Oracle ecosystem and a desire to deepen knowledge in Fusion are important. The role requires a commitment to evaluation and responsible AI practices.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is preferred.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in integrating systems using REST APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion’s data model, security, roles, and extensibility framework.
