About the Opportunity

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Database Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a Senior Oracle SSO Administrator, focusing on the administration and support of Oracle OID, OAM, Weblogic, and SSO solutions. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and involves ensuring high availability and seamless integration with Oracle ERP and other critical products.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive administration and support of Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO) environments. This includes managing core components such as Oracle Identity Directory (OID), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and WebLogic Server, ensuring robust performance and secure access across integrated applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer OID, OAM, and WebLogic 11g & 12c on Linux platforms for SSO functionality.
• Provide dedicated SSO support for OID, OAM, and their integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other products.
• Perform regular SSO troubleshooting, maintenance, and system health checks.
• Configure and manage OID integration with Active Directory for user synchronization.
• Implement and manage SSO integration with Hyperion and other enterprise applications.
• Configure Windows Native Authentication (WNA) for OAM-protected Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
• Manage the integration of OAM with OID directory servers.
• Apply patches to OID, OAM, and WebLogic components as required.
• Install and configure WebLogic, including administration of the WebLogic admin console.
• Troubleshoot user and system-level issues related to SSO and Oracle ERP.
• Configure SSL for WebLogic OAM/OID and OHS servers, and import third-party certificates into the OAM keystore.
• Protect and unprotect specific application components using SSO policies.
• Enable and configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), such as One-Time Passwords (OTP).
• Develop and configure custom SSO pages based on specific application requirements.
• Resolve user login issues pertaining to Oracle ERP and SSO.

Required Technical Expertise

• Proven experience with OID, OAM, and WebLogic architecture and administration.
• Strong understanding of SSO integration with Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise applications.
• Expertise in OID integration with Active Directory.
• Proficiency in configuring WNA for OAM-protected applications.
• Experience with SSL configuration and certificate management for Oracle components.
• Ability to develop and customize SSO pages.
• Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting complex SSO and Oracle ERP login issues.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Application Database Administration, specifically with a focus on Oracle SSO technologies. The role demands a professional who can manage critical systems in a full-time capacity, contributing to the stability and security of enterprise applications.
